In 2012, Dr.Anjlee Prakash launched Quality Implementation Programmein 2012, with the vision of making EQFI one of the leading trusts, which will stand out as a hallmark of excellence and quality in field of education. EQFI aligned itself to core values of the work ethos, and introduced formal quality programme to align its processes to ISO 9001:2008. Delivering value to its stakeholders, EQFI’s quality framework addresses all aspects of delivery and service, support and people.

EQFI has adopted the world-class standards and practice of ISO 9001:2008 to amplify its delivery and service, capabilities and stakeholders’ satisfaction.

ISO and its processes are all closely embedded in the daily work management practices of the organisation, and are integrated into the Quality Management System (QMS).

Quality Policy

As per the policy, EQFI is committed to consistently deliver ‘quality’ services for school assessment and accreditation, and strive to exceed stakeholders’ expectations through continual process improvement. The vision of EQFI is not limited to organisational excellence. It goes further towards increasing personal effectiveness and life satisfaction.

Quality Certificates - ISO 9001:2008

EQFI began mapping ISO processes in 2012 with the 2008 version. EQFI laid itsQuality Management System in line with ISO standards,covering project management, delivery andservices and support processes. In March 2013, EQFI attained ISO 9001:2008 certification. The Trust continued to strive towards process excellence through surveillance audit in March 2015.
