the government is addressing access there is also an urgent need to incorporate
Quality in the process.

2. What is quality Mapping?
This refers to identifying where schools stand on EQFI Criteria for Excellence.
Further it also identifies the strengths in the school systems and the
opportunities of improvement.
3. How will schools benefit from the Application Process ?
- It will help you to make progress towards meeting your
organizational goals.
- Strengthen the Teaching -Learning process.
- From the feedback you will learn of your strengths and
opportunities for improvements

4. What is the Process of applying for this Quality Evaluation?
Once you have decided – the EQFI will give you the criteria document and orient
you in process of filling it. If after that at any point you require our help /
or have a query the EQFI specialists will assist you.
5. What is the time frame for giving the feedback to the schools?
- Time frame will differ for groups of schools and an individual
school.
- Once the school submits the application, it will go through a
consensus review. This process will take upto two months.
