An EQFI Quality Accreditation manual has been designed to enhance the reliability and validity of conducting quality check of an institution(s). Besides ensuring that inter-team assessment variations are reduced to the minimum, the manual is user friendly and can be used to conduct assessment of a large number of institutions effectively in a short duration.

The manual provides a two-step approach for schools- it can bring into operation the seven assessment criteria, namely Leadership; Strategy; Student Parent focus; Measurement Analysis; Faculty Staff focus; Process Management and Student Learning results, keeping the key aspects in mind. Each aspect is further differentiated into indicators to be used as guidelines by assessors to capture the micro-level quality pointers. This may lead to a more accurate measurement of quality of an institution.
